DAY1: HANOI – SAPA (night train)

Meet at hotel. Transfer to train station for night train to Sapa. Overnight on train.

DAY 2: LAOCAI – SAPA (B)

Transfer to Sapa. Having breakfast at a local restaurant. Free time to visit Sapa. Check in and lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Lao Chai, staging point for the day’s hike. See the H’mong at work and at play in their distinctive dark blue dress. Continue hiking to the village of Ta Van to visit members of the Zay tribe. Return to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 3: SAPA – LAI CHAU (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Ham Rong mountain, Orchid gardens, enjoy a spectacular view from Cong Troi (Sky Gate). Leave hotel and lunch. Drive to Lai Chau. Stop en route to visit hill-tribe village and take photos. Arrival in Lai Chau, check-in. Overnight in hotel in Lai Chau.

DAY 4: LAI CHAU – DIEN BIEN (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Depart for Dien Bien Phu. Visit Dien Bien museum, A1 hill, General Vo Nguyen Giap’s house. Take a cruise on Ba Khoang lake, a nice place of Dien Bien. Overnight in Dien Bien.

DAY 5: DIEN BIEN PHU – SON LA – MAI CHAU (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Then drive to Mai Chau. Stop at Son La, enjoy natural landscape and lunch. Transfer to Mai Chau. Check-in into a stilt house. In the evening, enjoy a gong performance with local people. Overnight in Mai Chau.

DAY 6: MAI CHAU – HOA BINH, KIM BOI HOT SPRING (B)

After breakfast, exploring Mai Chau valley, discovering the daily life of the Thai minority. Lunch, transfer to Kim Boi. Check-in to V-resort, relax in hot spring pool. Overnight in resort.

DAY 7: KIM BOI HOT SPRING – HANOI (B)

Transfer back to Hanoi airport for your departure flight. End of service.
